Prices
Bloom Room can work within most budgets, however there is a
$ 1,000.00 minimum order required for any event. The $ 1,000.00 minimum is before taxes and before delivery/set up fee.
Bloom Room believes that each event is unique, and as such does not offer "package deals", but gives a fair price for the floral
designs provided. Bloom Room creates a more abundant floral design with lots of flowers and less green.
A complimentary one-hour consultation is offered by appointment, after which you are sent a detailed and personalized quote

Terms
Bloom Room books its weekends on a first-come, first serve basis, based on the receipt of a client's deposit. You are considered
booked when a $250.00 deposit is received by Bloom Room via cash, cheque , VISA or MASTERCARD. The $250.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE.
You will be required to sign a simple, one page contract which will be provided to you at the complimentary consultation,
or via e-mail if you prefer. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event. PST and GST are applied to all costs & services.
For orders of $3000.00 and over (before taxes), a second installment of 20% is due eight weeks before the event date. This ensures
that Bloom Room has the means and extra time usually required to source and purchase supplies for an event of this calibre.
